The Ukrainian Catholic Education Foundation (UCEF) was founded in 1997 to teach Americans about the challenges and successes of Catholic educational institutions in the country of Ukraine. Since then the Ukrainian Catholic University has risen among many as one of the best teaching institutions in the country and has proven itself to educate the brightest young minds of today.
